NO REFUNDS ON ANY MONEY PAID TO BLUEGRASS PRODUCTIONS TOP GUN CAR SHOWS. entrants and participants by execution of this entry form release and discharge Bluegrass productions and its volunteers, staff or any of their officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, sponsors, servants and anyone else connected with the car show, bluegrass productions or on the premises the car show is produced, from any and all known or unknown damages to the vehicle, injuries to self or anyone that is with them that is attending the car show I release all losses, judgments, and/or claims, or lawsuits from any causes whatsoever that maybe suffered by an me as a entrant, participant, vendors, spectator or entertainment or their personnel to this person or property. absolutely no refunds on money paid for entry forms or vendor space.
Event rules and awards are subject to change at our discretion at any given time. Absolutely no loud music, improper language, profanity, NUDITY or disorderly conduct will be tolerated. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT THAT ANYONE ACTING INAPPROPRIATELY WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE without refund of money. all photographs, judging sheets and entry forms taken at the car show from participants, vendors or entertainment entering the show or volunteering for free remain the property of bluegrass productions they cannot be copied or reproduced without written consent of bluegrass productions they will and can be used for future advertisements, promotional or magazine and media coverage.
